Medianav(MediaDisplay) 6.0.8.4 missing Navigation icon

Hello everyone, i have Dacia logan 3 2021 and it has an medianav MN4 version 6.0.8.4 but it does not have the navigations icons enabled, i would appreciate if someone can help to install or enable gps on it
